As we become more aware and involved in the challenges nature faces, both here in the Isle of Man and globally, sometimes we can feel despondent or overwhelmed. This week we take a closer look at that. It's a little heavier than the first two weeks, so if you are watching with children you might want to have a quick look at the content yourself first. Don't worry, there's lots of positive tips and ideas too so do take a look.

Week 3 activity - giving ourselves a boost

It's always worth reminding ourselves what a beautiful Island we live on. Manx Wildlife Trust colleague and wildlife expert, Steve Wright, has given us kind permission to share an article he wrote covering some of his favourite places to experience the wonders of nature right here in the Isle of Man throughout spring and summer. Treat yourself to a wow moment or two this season. Find it here.
