Certain areas of this website require you to register or give us personal details including credit or debit card details. We do not store payment card details, nor do we share customer details with any parties other than with the Wildlife Trust you are making a donation to or contacting via this website where you have agreed to this. The Wildlife Trust you have donated to may get in touch with you by email if you have opted to receive more information when submitting your donation. Data will be kept only for as long as you are a member, volunteer or employee of MWT or for as long as you have another relationship with MWT, for example, a contractor.

Your data is held securely on our Password Protected IT systems. Access to it is limited to the staff and/or volunteers who have specific responsibilities for managing the data and using it for legitimate or consented purposes.
