We are looking for an Ornithological Volunteer to assist with delivery of Manx Wildlife Trust’s contract to provide wildlife monitoring services on the Calf of Man for Manx National Heritage, maintaining the bird research element key to the continued accreditation within the Bird Observatories Council. Specifically, to monitor the Calf of Man’s breeding Eider population.

The Calf of Man is a small island off the south coast of the Isle of Man owned by Manx National Heritage; it is of international importance to wildlife. The Bird Observatory houses a team of Manx Wildlife Trust wardens and volunteers who run a number of projects to record and help a range of native wildlife.
