About the event

Coastal temperate rainforest is as important as tropical rainforest, but even rarer on a global level. High levels of rainfall and relatively mild, year-round temperatures provide just the right conditions for some of the world’s rarest bryophytes and lichens and Andree Dubbeldam from Manx Wildlife Trust has initiated a project to bring this habitat to our shores once again.

The talk will be followed by refreshments and a chance to find out more on the project.
